The Midnight Riders Tailgate Cookbook

The time has come to get the inaugural Midnight Riders Tailgate Cookbook in the works! This will be something fun (and tasty) to get us ready for the upcoming 2021 season and, in these uncertain times, give us all a chance to perfect our favorite recipes for when we can FINALLY be together again.

Please use this form to send us your favorite tailgate recipes (limit one recipe per form). To avoid errors in the production process, please double-check for completeness and accuracy before submitting. If you would like to include an image with your recipe, please email a single JPEG file to philanthropy@midnightriders.com – please use “Cookbook Photo” as the subject line. In the body of the email, please include your full name and which submission the image is to be used for.

All proceeds of this publication will go to assist Good Shepherd Food Bank, located in Maine. The mission of Good Shepherd Food Bank is to eliminate hunger in Maine by improving access to nutritious food for people in need, building strong community partnerships, and mobilizing the public in the fight to end hunger. The Food Bank distributes millions of pounds of food to local partner agencies that serve all 16 counties in Maine. These partners include food pantries, meal sites, shelters, senior centers, and schools. Together with this network, the Food Bank is finding new and effective ways to provide nourishing food and hope to our neighbors in need. Good Shepherd Food Bank is also working to find long-term solutions to hunger by engaging in advocacy, research, and strategic initiatives to create a hunger-free Maine.
