This is the Midnight Riders 2012 Executive and At-Large Board nomination page. The nomination period will be held from 1/11/2012 to 11pm of 2/16. Any nominations received online after that time will not be counted. At that point they must be submitted in person at the general meeting.

2012 Midnight Riders members in good standing are eligible to nominate other members for the following positions:

President
Treasurer
Recording Secretary/Clerk
Membership Chair
Assistant Membership Chair
Merchandise Coordinator
Philanthropy Chair

At-large members

A description of each position can be found in our bylaws.  Here is a list of the 2011 Executive and At-Large Midnight Riders board members.

Anyone nominated for the executive board must have served on the volunteer board for at least one year.

Nominations by or for non-members are not valid and will not be counted.

We will also be taking nominations for members of various committees during the general meeting, such as: Disciplinary, Web, and any other groups which are agreed upon at the meeting.

All eligible nominees will appear on the Midnight Riders election ballot, to be distributed for voting at the Annual Meeting . Absentee ballots will be available for those who are not able to attend the meeting.
