This is the Midnight Riders 2010 Executive and At-Large Board nomination page. The nomination period will be held from 12/23/2009 to 11pm of the day preceding the general meeting (2/26). Any nominations received online after that time will not be counted. At that point they must be submitted in person at the general meeting.

2010 Midnight Riders members in good standing are eligible to nominate other members for the following positions:

President
Treasurer
Recording Secretary/Clerk
Membership Chair
Assistant Membership Chair
Merchandise Coordinator
Philanthropy Chair

At-large members

A description of each position can be found in our bylaws.  Here is a list of the 2009 Executive and At-Large Midnight Riders board members.

Anyone nominated for the executive board must have served on the volunteer board for at least one year.

Nominations by or for non-members are not valid and will not be counted.

All eligible nominees will appear on the Midnight Riders election ballot, to be distributed for voting at the Annual Meeting . Absentee ballots will be available for those who are not able to attend the meeting.
